BLONDE OPS A to Z Challenge! O is for...

    1. I don't think just anyone can do it--but it used to be that you could go to the top of the Pantheon and look down on the people inside :)

The image is from a ceremony that happens every year at the Pantheon, the "Day of the Roses."
